1. Coaching Services

Healing Crowns Life Coaching (“Healing Crowns,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides faith-based and empowerment-focused life coaching services designed to support personal growth, clarity, and spiritual alignment. Coaching is a professional partnership for personal and spiritual development — not counseling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care.
By booking, you acknowledge that:

• Coaching is distinct from therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical condition.

• You are solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being, choices, and actions.

2. Payment & Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your session or package. Payment signifies your full commitment to the coaching process and your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• All payments must be made through the official Healing Crowns booking platform or an authorized payment processor. Healing Crowns does not accept cash, personal checks, or unofficial payment methods (such as direct social app transfers) unless explicitly approved in writing.

Session Types & Timelines:

• Crown Alignment (Intro Clarity Session): For new clients beginning their coaching journey. This session must be used within 30 days of booking unless otherwise approved in writing.

• Reclaiming the Crown – Breakthrough Power Series (3 Sessions): Designed to create momentum and support short-term breakthroughs. All three sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of the first session.

• Walking in Wholeness – Core Growth Journey (6 Sessions): Focused on core transformation, healing, and purpose development. All sessions must be completed within 8 weeks of the first session.

• Crown Restoration – Deep Renewal Journey (10 Sessions): A deep, faith-led journey of renewal and alignment. All sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of the first session.

• The Commitment Session (Returning Clients): A 2-hour extended recalibration session for established clients who have completed a package. Must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of purchase.

• Check-In & Reflect (Add-On): Designed for existing clients needing brief support between sessions. Must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase and may only be booked as an add-on to an active package.

Extensions for any service may be granted in writing at Healing Crowns’ discretion in the event of verified emergencies.

Realignment Policy:

• The Realignment Policy applies to all booked sessions and packages. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you are booking intentionally, with full understanding of the type of service you are purchasing. All sessions are considered final once scheduled, and “change of mind” cancellations are not eligible for refund or credit outside the stated cancellation window.

Scheduling & Availability:

• All sessions must be scheduled through the official Healing Crowns booking portal.

• Availability is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Sessions are not guaranteed until payment is received and booking confirmation is issued.

• Rescheduling is subject to the timelines listed in Section 3 (“Cancellations & Rescheduling”).

Pricing & Adjustments:

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. However, any session or package booked prior to a rate change will be honored at the rate confirmed at the time of purchase.

• Promotional discounts or special offers apply only to purchases made during the active promotion period and cannot be retroactively applied.

Commitment Clause:

• Booking a session or package represents a mutual commitment between the client and Healing Crowns. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires consistency, accountability, and engagement. Healing Crowns allocates time, preparation, and energy for each client; therefore, session dates should be honored as scheduled unless rescheduled within the permitted time frame.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Reschedules made less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.

• Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $35 late-cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking future sessions.

• No-Shows: If you fail to attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• Packages: Missed or canceled sessions within a package count toward the total number of sessions and will not be reissued.

• Excessive Rescheduling: Frequent reschedules or last-minute changes may result in termination of services at the discretion of Healing Crowns.

• Coach Cancellations: If Healing Crowns must cancel a session, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or apply credit to a future session without penalty.

Consistency and commitment are vital to the success of your journey. Repeated disruptions to your schedule may impact your overall progress.
